When I initially visited Upper Cervical Chiropractic, I was struggling with sciatica and admittedly skeptical about the treatment. However, after a few months of care, I'm feeling much better than when I first arrived. While I'm not completely healed yet, I am hopeful that I will be soon.

So far first treatment with the soft wave on my knee was very effective. 2 days later still much improved. Looking forward to my next treatment. The thumb treatment was effective but not as long lasting. I feel it will be better once we have a few more treatments. Dr. Gertner was very informative. Looking forward to my next treatment.

The Upper Cervical Chiropractic team are all lovely. From the front desk staff to every doctor that offer adjustments. I have greatly benefited from their software treatment. Although an investment, after having a motor vehicle accident. It improved my range of motion. I have purchased a treatment plan, am looking forward to seeing the impact of the adjustments on my spinal alignment.

I was injured by this practice.... avoid at all costs. I was a patient for about 3 months, 2x/week, to help with facial nerve pain. In late 2023 I received a bad adjustment - 20 minutes after walking out of the office I had pain the back of my head near the base of my skull, right where I had been adjusted. When I got home I noticed a painful black and blue feeling at the back of my head. In the days that followed the pain spread to my eyes, ears, jaws, cheekbones. Went back to the office and the chiro suggested it might have been "stress." Gave me another adjustment that resulted in pain in my hands between my third and fourth fingers and that was the last time I went. Since then I have near-constant headaches at the base of my skull, spreading to my eyes and ears, which I had NEVER had before. Whenever I move my head I have cracking and popping sounds, also which I never had before. Something went very wrong that day almost 6 months ago and I still don't have answers for what it is, but hopefully someday I can figure out how to heal this. I almost didn't go to this practice because of the extreme sales pressure techniques that are used - the chiro at one point said he didn't know if it would be "worth it" to treat me if I didn't sign up for his expensive multi-month treatment plan. I really wish I would have listened to my instincts and run the other way when that happened.

I would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with chronic pain and in need of chiropractic services. The staff is also very friendly and professional. This is a 5 star facility.
