The Physical therapist, Mr. Chapdelaine is hands down the best that I've ever dealt with. He read my prognosis and understood the (sciatica L4/L5) problem well enough to provide a bespoke exercise program suited to bring me back to my feet. We went through the exercises to see if they were feasible and made adjustments based on my pain threshold / ability to complete the range of motion in said exercises. I saw immediate changes within 3 months, and permanent changes within 6 months (coupled with other initiatives like sleeping on the floor)

I suffered a shoulder injury playing sports and finding a good physical therapist was extremely important to me. I've been working with Tom for about 2 months now and he has been awesome! Unfortunately I was very behind in my recovery after spending the first month working with a "PT" at another facility. After just two short months working with Tom I have been able to get back on track. I'll be back on the field in no time thanks to him. Highly recommend him for anyone needing physical therapy!

I worked here as a volunteer. Though you may say that doesn't really account for a customer's perspective, let me tell you why it should. I spent time asking customers what their opinions were and what they thought of it there so not only are you getting my volunteer perspective but the perspectives of many others.
During my time here I worked with the one and Only Susan Cavanaugh. (Hi Susan) Not only was she kind but she was also a reliable source of information as well. Throughout my three days of volunteer she supplied me with a lot of information about the daily task and exercises used. If I were to question her or the other PT who worked with her, they both would have answers in mere seconds. With the constant answers for my questions, even if sometimes basic ones, made me feel as if this business is a reliable one for information and therapy. I would prefer to have PTs or PTAs who know what they are saying and this one definitely does.
During my time here as a volunteer, people who came in consistently said positives about how treatment was and how the staff was. No complaints and loyalty was seen throughout all. Always stating they have been there for a while or are willing to return for any issues.
If you really are looking for a place to go for PT outpatient, I highly recommend this business. Between the knowledge and professionalism, you'll be happy you stopped in.
