I just had the best chiropractic treatment of my life. I've been a happy continuing client at Element Wellness Center for a couple of years. However, today I was experiencing severe shoulder blade pain due to several ribs being "out." Dr Ryan fixed me up in no time. First he adjusted my ribs and I felt relief immediately. Then he went to work on my spine, neck and hips. I literally feel like a different person than when I walked in. I'm so very grateful to have access to such quality care at Element Wellness Center. Definitely recommend this place for all military, active and retired. The video they make you watch is very informative and gives you a great insight on what to expect and how your spine can affect the function of your body from mobility to your internal organs. They provide you a baseline X-ray to see your current condition and they provide you a plan that will help you get better. I had the privilege to be adjusted by Dr. Vince, and man that was probably the best experience I had. When he takes out the straps to decompress your spine, it left me breathless and provided me with so much relief. The more you go the better you get so I honestly can’t wait to go for more adjustments! Thank you to the team, as they were very welcoming and treated us like family. I have had chronic headaches and neck pain for the past eight years. When I saw the ad on Instagram that this team worked off of x-rays, I couldn’t wait to get in. Within 15 minutes of being there Dr. Jimmy changed my life. His passion for this work and healing others was apparent immediately. With just a simple explanation of the possibility there was a cause that we might be able to determine a source brought me to tears. After the x-rays, I now know that the source of my headaches and neck pain are treatable. This awareness alone brings me such peace. I cannot wait to start treatment. It has been years since we’ve been looking for a good Chiro. We found Dr. Jimmy, he’s not a good one, but he is the BEST one we’ve had. How I wish we can have him here in Temecula!! He sits you down in his office and really takes the time to be transparent about their program, whether it is for you or not, and takes the time to educate you about the results of your x-ray and the adjustments. You feel no pressure from him at all. We don’t live in San Diego, but we will definitely be back, even if it’s just for an adjustment!

On a scale from 1 to 10 my lower back and neck pain was a 10 plus. I was in so much pain that I was willing to drive 45 minutes to be seen by one of the doctors. Best decision I’ve ever made.
