Saw Dr. DiCesaro for a bothersome tennis elbow. After visiting twice a week for 6 weeks the pain was gone! Also had some middle back pain right between the shoulders that was taken care of! Office was clean, and staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. They were flexible on scheduling and were able to accommodate during the busy lunch hour.

This practice and its staff have demonstrated homophobia and gender bias toward clients within the LGBTQ+ community, including myself. This is not a medical practice, it’s a beauty spa. There is not substantial protocol or properly trained staff to be considered a legitimate health practice. I recommend laser hair removal from Ideal Image, where only certified nurses administer treatments and they don’t mind your gender, sexuality, size, or health history.

There is absolutely nothing negative I could possibly say about this place or my experience as a client. The staff are all SO professional, personable, and kind.. They really go out of there way to make you feel like your at home. I started going here for laser hair removal a little less than a year ago and I can say the results (although like with anything worthwhile do take time) are really starting to show and my girl who does the laser hair is THE ABSOLUTE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES!! I am so glad I found this place and I totally recommend it to anyone looking to get laser hair (or a large variety of other things) done at a great quality place by great quality people! :)

This place is awesome. It is immaculate, and The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. I’ve had laser hair removal with Heidi, and she has been great-explains everything, answers all my questions. They have flexible scheduling, and they are always on time. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I am currently getting laser hair removal in two areas (one medium and one small), and have had 3 appointments so far towards my year of treatment. Each time, the technicians are friendly, thorough, and efficient. The price for services was what brought me to Whitehall Health Centre via Groupon, and I'm glad they are delivering on the service!
