I've been going here for a few years now and never had issues. Had my physical and lab work completed in December. I got my lab results and everything looked excellent as far as I could tell. But got a call that Dr. Burns wanted to review my lab work with me and so assumed something was off. I scheduled the appointment and completed it. The entire appointment took max 15 min from time in to time out. He proceeded to explain each of my labs to me and how everything looked good. Sooo why did we have this appointment? Ohh so you could charge my insurance and myself 100 bucks for an office visit. As someone in the healthcare industry who advocates for patients to listen to their doctors, I'm really disappointed in this practice. I like Kathleen and Sarah but can't support a management like this.

This is a very unprofessional place, manager likes money so much, she does not see patients as people she see us as walking bags of money, I went for a yearly preventive checkup which was fully cover for my insurance, during the visit I mentioned occasional palpitations maybe due to stress, they immediately bring a EKG device, I tell the nurse I feel ok now but she says "do not worry this is part of the preventive checkup", well they LIED they billed me what they wanted maximizing their profits of course and when I called for an explanation the manager had the nerve to say that was charged because "the doctor address your issue", then I ask how did she addressed it, did she prescribe something or refer me somewhere else? I got a long silence as answer, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, the funny thing is the manager tells me later if I do not pay them, they wont see me as patient again, who would go again to a place like this?

Just had a unprofessional call from them asking if I was still their PCP, I said yeah? I was told that if I didn't come in for my annual checkup they would drop me. I laughed and said do what you have to do...Be Well

This is the worst place for care. Please run fast. They are unprofessional and the medical staff are not the healthiest people, so go figure.
