Everything about my experience with this office is exceptional. The staff is always friendly, the doctor's assistant is professional and knowledgeable and is always willing and able to answer any questions. The doctor I can't say enough good things about him. He takes the time to explain everything, he will bring up pictures and diagrams to further help explain issues you are having, he gives you the best advice and treatment options to avoid surgery. I said to his staff that he was so nice and asked them if he was great to work for and they all said he is just as great to them as he is to his patients. He wants to make you better and out of pain not just medicate and cut, that is a win for me.

I have been treated unfairly by Dr. Lahda’s front staff! Not only were they trying to overcharge me on my copay amount, they refused my scheduled appointment when I began to question this. I got upset and asked what had changed because my copay DID NOT, but Teresa argued that it did. Once I called Anthem and asked, my amount DID NOT change and I went back to his office with the proof. Teresa is rude, unsympathetic, unprofessional and should be relieved from her job! Now, because I questioned what kind of scam do they have going on, I cannot go back, but I’m ok with that because I’m letting everyone know to check your amounts being charged!! This is illegal and I am not the only one this is happening to. I love Dr. Lahda. He’s the best Doctor ever, but his front staff is rude , and they should be put on blast! He is in network for me and therefore Teresa told me my copay amount was the out of network rate. Nope! Now they know I’m right about that part, but who else are they doing this to?? Shame on you Foot First Podiatry! I have 2 years worth of receipts where my copay was what it’s supposed to be, which will be sent to them since Teresa claims it’s ’not In the system anymore’… yeah, ok!

Dr. Ladha and his team are wonderful! Dr. Ladha takes his time with me and truly cares about my well being. His staff has always been caring and professional as well.

Everyone in the office was so friendly & helpful. Dr. Ladha was very patient explaining what I needed to do,as far as exercises, taping my foot & using pain relieving gel. I really enjoyed the whole process, getting a dr who cares.

I have been very satisfied with my visits to Foot First Podiatry located in New Albany. Dr Ladha was very thorough in determining what exactly was causing my foot issues. He x-rayed my feet right there in the office on my first visit, discovered the issue, and used another machine to custom fit me with shoe inserts to correct the problem. No time wasted! I would highly recommend.
