As a continuous patient for 15 years, I absolutely enjoy this place. The staff are friendly and intentionally like to know every patient to help meet their needs. Dr. Kelley is a great doctor that shows concern for her patients and knows how to help improve your body. I highly recommend this office /business for your wholeness with chiropractic care. My body feels good and healthy. 😊

This was my first time going to Charlotte Spine and repair. I found the atmosphere warm and the front desk folks Angela and Emily outstanding. It was nice to see professionalism back into the office space and by that I mean they were smiling, engaging and quite funny having! I met with the doctor and I found her to be extremely thorough, great listening skills and empathetic to my plight of pain! They have many solutions and equipment to help you with whatever your situation is. I go back next week for the results from all the testing hoping for a plan to start me back on track!

First time visit. Staff was caring, supportive and full of smiles. Dr. Will made me feel very comfortable taking time to explain everything he was going to do and why. Glad I found them!

I found this facility to be the most compassionate one I have ever came across. I found their advertisement of Facebook and contacted them. They are super attentive and very thoroughly in getting you help and information. I had an appointment set but due to my long travel to see them it was recommended I find a closer facility as the long drive would not do well for my treatments and recovery. They aren't just after money and patients, they are after making a difference in ones health and daily living. If you have the luxury of seeing them I recommend you do. If they go through all this trouble to help me and I am not even an established patient I know they take care of the ones who are their patients. Thanks Angela for all your help!!
