When I came to Middleton Chiropractic Solutions in January of 2024 I could barely walk and it was with a great deal of pain. I had suffered a major back/spine injury that had rendered me immobile. I spent weeks laying down in bed unable to cook, clean, or drive. As I saw it I had my life, freedom, and independence stripped away. I was crawling on my hands and knees to get to the bathroom and even shower. It was an incredible humbling experience not to mention the most intense and extreme pain I had ever felt in my entire life. Things as simple as getting in and out of bed or sneezing were excruciating to the point of screaming and or crying. I was helpless and completely dependent on my spouse to take care of me for the most part. Upon seeing X-rays and Middleton chiropractic solutions it was clear something was wrong. My back was curved line a J no exaggeration my spine was severely out of alignment and very kinked. And so Dr. Matt Kingston developed a 12 week comprehensive care plan tailored to my needs. This included medications, orthotics, and of course adjustments. After a few visits I started to notice a great deal of relief from pain in static laying positions but walking and any standing or sitting related activity was still very difficult and extremely painful. Now fast forward to today in the middle of march 2024. Im able to walk, drive, cook, and clean all for myself. Its truly remarkable to me how much of my life I’ve gotten back in these past 3 months. It’s almost hard to believe just 3 months ago my day to day was filled with struggle and intense pain. Seriously im so much better now that I often forget how miserable January was honestly the worst month of my entire life. I near constant state of pain ranging from that really hurts to blood curdling screams. I became depressed, I couldn’t work, and there was a lot of tension in my romantic relationship as I was completely dependent on my spied for basic care. While I’m still improving everyday and still have 2-3 more weeks of my care plan I just can’t say enough things about Middleton chiropractic solutions. Dr. Matt is excellent and his 2 receptionist are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m not not yet but I finally have my life back.
