Beware. I had to wait a few days to calm down before writing this review. I am SO incredibly disappointed in this Medical office. I was truly hoping for a change.

It started with a my first doctor's appointment. Per my first conversation, my appointment was set at 2:30. I left early, got there early and received a phone call at 2:20 saying I had missed my appointment. I spoke to "the director" and she was SO unkind. Since I was in the parking lot, I went in and told her the miscommunication and was early according to my calendar and initial scheduling of the appointment. She absolutely refused to let me continue my appointment (even though I was 5 minutes late by their schedule). If it was 15 or more, I'd totally understand. I was told to fill out more paperwork, even though I had already filled out paperwork online, and watched the doctor just sit in his chair for my hour long appointment while I filled out paperwork. Since I was late, I couldn't see him for my initial appointment. Already a huge disappointment, I had set up a blood draw appointment for hormone testing. I get to the office EXTRA early to avoid another situation and I get a call at 8:10 (five minutes before my appointment) that the nurse cannot draw my blood because I had "ghosted" my first appointment and the Doctor didn't put in a request for blood draw. I had taken time off of work, fasted, etc. The poor lady on my blood draw appointment sounded truly apologetic, but the damage was done. What a disappointing medical office. If you have great results from here, I'm truly happy for you. If you're looking for an something different than the typical doctor, just tread carefully. It's expensive and "The Director" is not understanding at all.

Dr. Gilman and his staff are excellent in their approach. The assistants and technicians are top-notch. Positive response to treatments as well.

Amazing service, even more amazing customer service. My son and I went here for some Emsella treatments. Me for typically motherly pelvic floor care, my son for medicine based night wetting. Amazing results for me, less so for my son but was well worth the try. Love me my Marla and the team

Upward is incredible! The staff is friendly and informative. My mind was blown learning about all of the products and services they offer. So far I have tried Neo and Emcella and the results are better than I could have imagined!
