I’ve never been to a chiropractor, I didn’t think I had a reason to…but I’ve had fluid in my ear due to a recent respiratory illness and a friend told me I could have my ear popped and release the fluid so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I went in because apparently I have all kinds of issues with my neck and back which all connect to the immune response and so…long story long, you should go get yourself checked out even if you think you don’t need it, cause you probably do. The whole staff is amazing and everyone is happy and loves the Lord.

I went here during my pregnancy and some postpartum, and it was such a great experience. I had never had consistent chiropractic care during pregnancy before, and it made such a difference! I cannot believe how much the adjustments helped with ligament pain, back, pain, and all the other aches that come with being very pregnant. It was such a relief, and I was always so comfortable there. The staff is so kind and helpful and everyone just makes you feel very welcome. ❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Elevation Health Center!
I walked in with extreme low back pain and after X-rays, and an amazing adjustment, I was able to sit, stand and walk without the pain.
I will be coming back for all of my chiropractic adjustments.

I cannot speak highly enough about these people and this practice. They are single handedly changing my body, and giving me freedom back in my movement, sleep, and exercise. They are addressing, identifying and solving for things I never would have thought to ask about. I’m so eternally grateful for finding this practice and the community of this chiro office. I would (and will) travel long and far distances to see them. Everyone needs (and deserves) an office and team committed and advocating for their (my) wellbeing the way they are here. I imagine this is what healthcare was like before all of the doctors got burnt out. Really doesn’t get better than this.

About 6 years ago I started getting sinus infections. Never having a sinus infection before then, or even a headache up to that point in my life this was a new kind of sickness for me. Not knowing what was going on I began making regular trips to Primary health searching for answers. All my bloodwork and test showed I was healthy, even though I felt miserable. Eventually my primary doctor at the time said I should get a cat scan done and see what's going on with my constant headaches/pressure and a stuffy nose. After getting the cat scan, doctors at St. Lukes told me I was suffering from a severe sinus infection, and suggested I take a strong dose of anti-biotics. I felt relieved knowing that I found the answer for my suffering, and once done with my anti biotics I would be cured and back to my normal active lifestyle. I couldn't have been more wrong. What happened next was every time I would get a cold, flu, covid etc. or any type of sickness it would always result in a sinus infection. So, every year I found myself taking anti biotics, some times 3-4 times year. The anti biotics were starting to take their toll on my body, especially my joints and ligaments. I began to realize that the anti biotics were not a long term answer and I needed to start digging to find a permanent solution. After a few short hours of research I came across the treatment known as Cranial Facial Release (CFR) and immediately began searching for a place that offered this treatment, which then led me to Elevation Chiropractic. After a thorough consultation where I felt valued and listened to, it was time for an x ray. X-rays clearly showed that I had a deviated septum and/or severe impingement of my primary nasal canal that any laymen could clearly decipher, likely due from years of combat training and being an athlete. One would have thought that St. Lukes would have informed me of this problem, but they didn't, likely because they don't offer CFR. After my first visit, I could immediately and noticeably breath better through my nose. A day after my second treatment (which was on a Monday) I began showing symptoms of a slight cold, I had my third treatment that following Friday but rescheduled to the following Monday in hopes my cold would clear by then. By Saturday my cold was completely gone and no sinus infection this time, hallelou-freaking-ya! First time in over 6 years that I didn't get a sinus infection after getting sick. I have one treatment left this Friday and then I'm done. I want to add that this is an intense experience, but as quickly as the pressure starts to build, the pressure is released, and it's over before you know it. So far I've noticed increased cardio, huge reduction of asthma and allergies, and all around more daily zen from being able to breathe equally and deeply through both nostrils. Please keep in mind that optimal health is primarily up to you, not your doctor/chiropractor. God is nature, and so you should eat that which comes from nature (ie whole foods). Eat healthy organic grass fed/pasteur raised proteins, organic fruit and vegetables, and hydrate properly from non fluoridated tap water. Stop eating processed foods, stop drinking alcohol, stop smoking, and heal your trauma. You are valuable! When you stop putting poison into your body/mind, you'll be amazed on how well your body can heal itself. However, this does not mean you will never need the aid of healer. Thank you Elevation team for your help and guidance. I hope this testimony helps somebody. Wishing you all much love, peace, and joy. #naghammadi #namaste
