Dr. Paul is truly outstanding!!! Very Friendly and Knowledgeable. Takes the time to understand and focus treatment to get excellent results. Far better and less expensive than other chiropractors I’ve used. Absolutely recommend Dr. Paul and her staff!

Dr. Paul dispelled my reservations about chiropractic care. She was thorough in her exams and treatment, but did not exaggerate claims of what she could accomplish. When my condition improved, she celebrated with me and did not push additional treatments that weren't necessary.

I used to think Chiropractic treatments were a bit hokie. But two years ago, when I suffered with a dislocated rib for months, Dr. Paul freed me from that pain that very day. Regular visits has help keep my back pain-free ever since.

Look I had to come post this here because I thought they were kidding me.

I made contact with them to find out about the prices and also about the schedule, because I wanted to give my family the chiropractic service.

I sent an email explaining my difficulty with the language (we've only been here for a short time) and that I did NOT want to receive calls and would like it to be by email. To my surprise, they sent me an email saying to contact me by PHONE, and most responded almost 30 days late.

UNBELIEVABLE.

To give you an idea, I made contact with another service provider, who insisted on answering me in my mother tongue (which is very kind) and I managed to resolve everything via messages. I still can't believe the service I received from Basics First.

One star is still too much for someone who didn't spend 1 minute reading my email and trying to understand what I wanted.
