Dr. Parson has been taking care of our family for a very long time. We've referred many friends to him over the years and they have given us good feed back about their experience. He's a good listener and willing to go the extra mile to make sure he can help you in the best possible way. His staff is top notch and they all work together to help you get back to normal as fast as possible.

I originally sought treatment for prolonged lower back pain at a different chiropractor who was fairly strange and wasn't able to communicate or answer my questions well. He diagnosed me with something big, scary and expensive at the end of my consultations and x-rays, and I left feeling both skeptical and defeated. Needless to say, this was a bad experience and I did not pursue treatment. But I was still in pain. After voicing discouragement to my colleagues, I was referred to Advanced Chiropractic Associates, PLLC.

The difference was tremendous.

Dr. Parson's diagnosis was quick and practical. He actually put hands on me to evaluate my position, which the previous doctor had not done, and he was sure to explain what was going on and why in simple terms. His diagnosis even made total sense, and I could identify my daily mechanics that led me here while he was explaining my issue. This was the guy - practical, knowledgeable & down to earth. Please take my money and make me feel better.

The support staff here is fantastic as well, especially Diana who always receives you with warmth.

Fast forward to treatment - from start to finish I:

- Felt like I was getting good advice and support from my doctor.
- Enjoyed speedy and efficient service by support staff and doctor.
- Received communication from doctor and support staff that was clear, concise and polite.
- Engaged in payment/payment plans that were simple and easy to navigate.
- Never had to wait.
- Always felt comfortable.
- Received treatment that relieved my pain and made me feel better.

Overall, this was exactly the the office I needed. I didn't even know if I believed if this sort of treatment was even "real;" however, I left this experience not only in better health, but more informed on how to maintain my health and listen to my body. I will continue treatment here so long as I need it!

Dr. Parson has helped me so much, I feel so much better after being adjusted, I am still a work in progress (bless his heart) but he has done a number on my sleep that i have actually been able to stop taking my sleep pills. i get a good nights rest.. Dr. Parson and his entire staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Anyone who is apprehensive about chiropractic care should start their treatment with this office. Dr. Parson is very thorough and explains things in a way that anyone could understand. He is also very funny and easy going which puts you at ease during your appointment. I am so glad I chose Advanced Chiropractic Associates.

Parsons is great. His office girls are consistently rude. No matter how bad your hurting they will not allow a walk in. Been coming every 2 weeks for 6 months. Sent me warning they would take me to collections over $5 my insurance didn’t pay instead of just calling me. Once I had $100 on credit with them for that very reason and they made me drive home to get them an extra $2 for a pillow he recommended. They just don’t seem to be flexible or very welcoming to customers. Love parsons but There should be a system where if you sleep wrong one night and are a good customer he fit you in every once in a while.I hope he reads this and understands what turned me off. When I first started coming I blew this office off twice because they wouldn’t give me an appointment within two or three days. The appointments are like five minutes. Now I have to drive farther because he’s the only one around just because I’m tired of dealing with his people
